Executive Director

The American Red Cross is seeking an experienced Executive Director for the Midland Texas jurisdiction. This management position provides leadership and is accountable for achieving performance targets including meeting fundraising and revenue goals, developing and ensuring positive community relationships, partnerships and internal/external communications. As the chief fund raiser within a defined jurisdiction of the Region and/or of a donor portfolio, meet and grows fundraising and revenue goals; engages board and other leadership volunteers and implement fundraising strategies identified in the Region Financial Development Plan. The executive director promotes the growth, quality and consistency of American Red Cross service delivery. Requirements include BS/BA in business, non-profit administration or a similar field or relevant equivalent experience. Minimum of three years of experience and proven track record in the not-for-profit sector or business or corporate administration directing a workforce, fund raising, planning and overseeing programs and solving operational and procedural problems preferred.
